Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside a variety of industry professionals such as real estate agents, title insurance agents, escrow officers, closing agents, settlement agents, law firms, paralegals, and escrow companies throughout the closing process
  • Be able to manage a high level of responsibilities throughout the day and follow up and follow through with a high degree of communication between offices and clients
  • Understand and teach technology and systems of the company to various individuals
  • Be able to create and update marketing materials as needed. Both print and online materials
  • Have a firm understanding of the real estate process
  • Provide customer service support at a very high level for multiple clients and parties to every transaction
  • Able to utilize systems and processes daily at a very high degree

Qualifications:
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
  • The ideal candidate will be process-driven, highly analytical and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • College degree preferred- high school diploma required
  • Creative abilities and able to speak in front of others to help educate them on different apps, systems and tools
  • A firm understanding of title, mortgage and/or real estate is preferred

Escrow Closing Officer

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced full-time escrow officer to oversee all aspects of mortgage closings. You’ll play a key position on a supportive team where you can truly shine. Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver closing settlement packages to agents, buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders
  • Disburse escrow funds accurately and complete administrative tasks such as reporting
  • Make sure to review all paperwork including title commitments, purchase and sale agreements, and lender instructions to prepare for closing
  • Monitor progress in compliance with all terms and conditions of purchase contracts
  • Interact and coordinate with industry contacts such as realtors, loan officers, underwriters, brokers, buyers, and sellers

Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of the escrow process, title process, regulatory guidelines, and company policies / procedures
  • Understanding of mortgage loans, title commitments, title insurance, and real estate contracts
  • Prefer college degree or equivalent work experience — high school diploma required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess proficiency in escrow / title software

Front Desk Receptionist

  • Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions
  • Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information
  • Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct
  • Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed
  • Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Open title orders, and assist in processing orders
  • Input data into CRM (Zoho) for new orders
  • Keep office supplies stocked
  • Deposit checks as they are received

Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
  • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills
  • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
